AQM stores account/contact data, teaching assignments, professional feedback, acknowledgements, notifications and academic records needed to operate the service. Optional email delivers account and feedback notices.
When AI Assist is enabled, selected instructions and uploads are sent to the configured AI provider. AQM does not retain uploaded files after processing, though generated drafts and safe usage metadata may be recorded. Consult the provider terms for its processing.
Authorized administrators can export archived records and, with safeguards, purge eligible application records. Deactivation blocks account access while preserving historical records. Configure an institutional data-contact address before deployment.
